Wok-Tossed Cabbage Salad

We were supposed to make this at Curry Night last week but I totally forgot and ended up making it a few days later. This recipe is also from the 30-Minute Vegan’s Taste of the East and is FABULOUS! I love the taste of the fresh cilantro and peanuts with the almost blank taste of green cabbage. It has a little bit of spice in it from the sliced chili peppers, but is not at all spicy. Definitely a new favorite.
