Exercise Goals: Week 8

Ben and I have had to completely revamp our goals. Last week we didn’t work out one time due to our insane schedules. We have decided that working out three times a week is really pushing it, but is doable. We got some herbal sleeping pills to help us get to sleep on time and we are going to try getting up at 6 some days this week to get to the gym before I have to go to work. This means we also have to get our homework done by a decent hour.

For the next two months (until the end of April) we will basically be in survival mode. We just have to make it through every day until then. We can’t WAIT until school is over.
