Raw Asian Noodles and Veggies

Ben’s mom, Merilynn, is a raw foodie. Last week when I was having some raw food troubles I talked with her and this is one of the recipes she gave me. It is pretty light and tasty–plus it’s easy!

1/3 pkg Kelp noodles
1/2 Zucchini, shredded
1/2 Carrot, shredded
1/2 Red bell pepper, shredded
2 Tbs SunDrenchers Asian drenching

Cut up kelp noodles until they are about 2″ long. Mix noodles and veggies and toss in sauce.
