First Hike of the Season

Saturday, Ben and I went hiking with my long-time friend, Tyson. He knew of a sort of trail (there is actually no trail) up one of the side canyons in Provo canyon to a cool, secluded waterfall. It was absolutely glorious and Ben and I enjoyed every minute of it.

Mossy rocks

Me! Hiking.

Our first snow sighting
The huge snow pack covering the river and waterfall
Looking down the snow pack into the canyon
This waterfall is normally like 30 ft. Because of the snow pack we could see probably 10 ft of it.

Told you it was a huge snow pack. Look at me! I’m tiny!
