Homemade Banana Chips

Last week, Ben made banana chips in our new, wonderful, amazing, beautiful Excalibur dehydrator. They turned out so lovely and were to die for with dipped in a little raw cashew butter. Yum!

Slice banana chips about 1/4″ thick

Place on sheets in dehydrator at 130 degrees. Dehydrate until crisp throughout (about 24 hours).
