Vegan MoFo Day 5: Raw Food Month Day 4

Breakfast: Green smoothie

Snack: Manna bread with honey and almond butter, kale chips (not pictured)

Lunch: Dinosaur kale-daikon-carrot salad on top of spring mix with a tahini lemon dressing

Afternoon snack: Kale chips, chocolate macaroons (recipe here), Rhythm hickory bbq sweet potato chips (review here)

Dinner: Pressed tofu marinated in BBQ sauce and then baked over quinoa with a side of steamed veggies and sauce
