Day 5 of raw we were still going strong. For breakfast, we had our typical green smoothie (aka Jedi Juice, recipe here) with the addition of some strawberries.
For our mid-morning snack, we had manna bread with almond butter and honey and then this AMAZING pudding Merilynn made. It seriously tasted just like one of those chocolate pudding cups.
For lunch at work (hence the ugly presentation) I had a cucumber, zucchini, nutritional yeast, and ginger soup with chopped tomato, cumber, avocado, and sunflower seed sprouts.
For dinner, Ben and I made a lentil chili (yes, we cooked!) for our pre-workout meal. We had a little bit more after our workout with some manna bread as well.
For our before bed snack we had some of Merilynn’s kale chips. She is saving the recipe for her someday cookbook, but it is TO DIE FOR. They taste like they have some kind of cheesy…ranch…on them. I am in love.
