Raw Maple Pecans

Mmm I love these. Great for an anytime snack or for dessert. The ingredients are all to taste (I know, that’s not super helpful) but it really just depends on how sweet/spicy you want them. 

Pecans
Maple syrup
Cayenne pepper
Salt

Soak the pecans for 24 hours. Rinse them thoroughly.

Place the pecans in a bowl. Mix them with maple syrup, cayenne pepper, and salt to taste.

Place the pecans on a dehydrator sheet and dehydrate 12-15 hours or until the coating sticks to the pecans. They will still be sticky.
