Healthy Banana Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Freaking love these cookies. Healthy, and AMAZING.

1 Banana
1/2 C Maple syrup
1 Tbs Vanilla
1 1/2 C Sprouted spelt flour or whole wheat flour
1/4 C Agave
2 C Rolled oats
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/4 C Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 350.

Mash the banana well and add maple syrup, agave, and vanilla. Mix well with a hand blender or mixer. Add the flour, oats, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix until well combined. Add chocolate chips and mix until distributed.

Scoop mixture onto an aluminum foil-covered baking sheet and bake 7-10 minutes.
